Tiny Landlord: Idle is an idle tycoon game set in Tiny Landlord’s strange apartment building. Tap a floor to run its racket, buy more of it, and watch the money climb. Then hire the rest of the cast to run each floor for you: a managed floor never stops.
When the money stops feeling like money, hand over the keys. The next landlord starts fresh, with memories: every one adds profit for good and buys legacy upgrades like Stan Stays On and Apartment 7 Remembers.

Plus the Laundry-Room Coin-Op, Rooftop Honey, Wendell’s Potions, the Mushroom Farm and more. Unit milestones speed a floor up, then multiply its profit, and cash upgrades have names only this building could need, like The Fourth Dryer (Do Not Open).
Then buy up the street
- The Docks WarehouseBottled harbour fog, a newt ferry and a crane that sings. Its tide marks add profit back at 44 Maple.
- The Hollows ManorCold spot rentals, moonlight orthodontics and borrowed time. Its echoes let 44 Maple earn longer while you’re away.
Each building has its own floors, managers, money and handovers, and they all earn at the same time.
It keeps earning while it’s closed. Managed floors work while the app is in the background or shut, up to a cap, and the welcome-back card tells you who made what. Every few minutes a tenant knocks with a question straight out of Tiny Landlord, and the answer you swipe pays out in rent, speed or profit.
