Tiny Landlord
Run a weird apartment building one swipe at a time. Every tenant wants something. Every answer costs you somewhere else.

One building, one thumb, many regrets!
Tiny Landlord is a text-based simulation in the swipe-a-card style: draw a tenant request, swipe to accept or refuse, watch the consequences compound. One in-game day takes about thirty seconds, and a good decision on Tuesday is a flooded basement on Friday.
Your score is the number of days you keep the building standing. The run ends at bankruptcy, revolt, condemnation… or when the building stops being entirely yours.
Four needles to keep off the floor
- CashRent comes in, repairs go out, and the ghost wants a discount.
- HappinessUnhappy tenants revolt. Happy tenants invite friends. Both are problems.
- ReputationInspectors, newspapers and the neighbourhood gossip are all watching.
- WeirdnessA little keeps things interesting. Too much, and the laundry room grows a portal.
